We also had a visit from a seventy. His name is Elder Ringwood. He talked to us a ton. Something awesome he said is that if we want to be successful, strive to be the missionary our mothers think we are. It was funny but so true! I think it’s awesome that we can have people come and talk and help us as children of God. He gives his authority to us to use righteously to help us learn.
We met with a sweet old lady named Carol. She’s got pretty bad health problems so we can’t meet with her too much. But she’s so prepared. She wants to know how she can grow her faith and decided she’s going to see if the Book of Mormon can help her grow. It was an awesome first lesson!
Not much else to report other than Elder Cheese got sick. It kinda sucks when you’re sick on the mission but it sucks a ton when your comp is sick! Just kidding haha! But it was a day of card games.
I can’t say much else than to read the Book of Mormon. If you haven’t given it a read or having given it a read in some time or if you picked it up yesterday, today is a good day to read the Book of Mormon. We all have concerns we all have struggles. The Book of Mormon can help with each one. Just give it time and give it a shot. It will help.
